What type of rental businesses can this platform support?
Our white label vacation rental app is built as a general rental marketplace platform. It is designed for property and accommodation rentals - villas, apartments, cabins, resorts, and similar categories. The category structure is configured by the admin, so the platform can be organized around whatever property types your market focuses on.
Can guests book without creating an account?
No. Booking requires a registered account so that reservation records, confirmation details, and booking history are tied to a persistent guest profile. The registration process is straightforward and does not require external verification.
How does the host approval process work?
New host registrations are visible in the admin host management panel. The admin reviews and approves host accounts before they can publish listings. Similarly, listings can be configured to require admin approval before going live. Both flows are configurable based on how much control you want over the onboarding process.
Which payment gateways are available?
Stripe, PayPal, and Razorpay are all integrated into the base product. All three are configured from the admin payment configuration panel. You activate the gateways that serve your target markets. Additional gateways can be integrated through custom development.
How is the platform commission calculated?
Admins configure the commission rate - as a percentage of the booking value or as a flat rate per booking - from the admin panel. Commission is calculated automatically on every confirmed booking. You can set a global rate or configure different rates for individual hosts.
What is the difference between the WebView and native Flutter mobile apps?
The WebView mobile app wraps the existing web platform inside a native app container. It replicates the web experience on mobile and is faster and cheaper to deliver (10 to 12 working days, $399). The native Flutter app is a purpose-built mobile application with improved performance and a mobile-optimized user experience (20 to 25 working days, $999). Both are available as add-ons to any package.
Can I run multiple branded platforms on one licence?
The OyeElite package includes a multi-domain licence with no restriction, allowing you to deploy the platform across multiple domains. OyeStart and OyePro are single-domain licences. If you are planning to operate more than one branded platform, OyeElite is the appropriate package.
What server infrastructure does the platform require?
The minimum recommended server for an MVP launch is a Cloud VPS or Dedicated Server with 6 vCPUs, 8 GB RAM, and 160 GB SSD storage, running Ubuntu 20.04 or later with Apache or NGINX, PHP 8.1 or later, and MySQL 8 or later. The platform is compatible with AWS, DigitalOcean, Vultr, and private VPS environments.
